I was standing on the side of the road and suddenly the Collectors came and started shouting and shooting. As far as I know it is forbidden to do that in the city and it is forbidden for the collectors to take someone's money at gunpoint.

The collector Job is a Government job. Using that level of gun violence is not realistic for that job.
