Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? ​

- I want to build a crew that truly controls the streets.​

as the green gang its not just about being seen its about making our presece felt i want to lead an organization that isnt just feared but respected my goal is to build and maintian power money and reputaton in a way that fits dep into the rpworld

- I want to build order and respect on the streets.​

angs arent just chaos they run by their own code as a leader i aim to create a smart organized crew where every move has a reaso. we dont just acttough we move with purpose thats what earns real respect in rp

- I stay calm in chaos and lead when it matters most.​

hootouts police raids or street drama when things go south a real leader steps up im the type to think fast stay cool and guide the crew throgh whatever comes lseadership means being the one your people trust when it al goes down

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

- Unecesary shotots should be avoided situations must evolve through roleplay​

gunplay should always be the last option first comes intimdation pressure and social rp this way the gang isnt just known for violence but for controling situations with words and strategy.

- Full complance with server rules must be mandatory​

Metagaming powergaming and failrp should never be tolerated new members should receive guidance and experienced players can be assigned to mentor roles to help raise rp standards in the gang.(Like HC's with good knowledge)

- An internal rp rank system and role distributon should be in place​

every member should have a defned role in the gang for example spray team, turfers , etc this gives purpose to each member and ads depth and realism to the rp experience
