after a lawyer case, he did CL to escape warrant. Before that he was talking then he started to pretend that he is afk.

Just was running on side walk and got vdm on purpose.

Killing 10mins before event

Pulled up and just shot me.

This is only one of three CL he made with in 1h.

Citizen complained about him being shot, so I started running after the suspect but he was quit far away so I was not able to give demands. We he ran in corner managed to give demands but he flew out.
