Rejected Car Ramming

I was taking my driving test and the red vehicle was car ramming me multiple times until i failed the test for crashing 3/3 times. at that point in time i did not have Pov so i went back to the driving license place to start the test over and as you can see in the provided clip, he continued to car ram me. i would like to point out that the person in the pink lambo is my family member and i asked him to come with me to see if the guy car rams again
