Hi dear Server Administrator.
I was hoping for you kind reconsideration as you can see in the forums video we are on the middle of fight and
it was an honest mistake, I wasn't aware that I am crouching that time because of intense close encounter fight we are having. It was not on my intension to abuse the crouching bug because I was very careful not to do so or get banned in this game.

I really love this game hoping for your reconsideration
