I have no idea that now why is my Social Club account blocked

I was banned for GR 1.8(M) by Akio and when I appealed my punishment got changed to Mass Rule Violation - Rejected - Ban for GR 1.8(M) | Stefano Castillo

Then I appealed for it and it got uplifted/approved - Reviewed - Ban for GR 1.8(M) | Adham Pluxury

Now, when I opened my game to check if I got unbanned Icly, it showed me this -

And previously it was showing me this -

(the time duration was changed to 60 days and the reason changed to Temp)

Its my first time, I dont know why my Social Club Account is blocked now. Kindly help
I asked Abo Saif regarding this issue and he told me to make another forum related to Social Club
