Uni Tootime rejected a Thread I put out against the Gravitas Family for RDM and Fail RP, I provided him with a 16 minute clip that showed the whole situation with no crops or edits, I said in the thread that Gravitas opened fire on us for no reason, we had followed all their demands and the reason Uni Tootime rejected the thread was because Gravitas put a video of what they said were cops running on the roof of a building across from them (No way to confirm it was Police), because they had a hostage and they fired first they instantly killed the hostage which is Fail RP as they killed the hostage because of speculation. I feel like the evidence I provided was adequate enough to properly make a decision based on my clear footage compared to the blurry non recognizable footage that Gravitas provided.

The decision was not made based on the POV Gravitas posted, but strictly based on the POV you provided. The LEOs took a long time to discuss the demand for hostage, and more than once mentioned you would open fire on Gravitas. When you went back to discuss the decision for demand with Gravitas, there was only one minute left, and you rejected their demand for LMG. And for that, they have the right (RP reason) to fire.

Fully agree with an administrator. The whole RP situation was too long and already 1 minute left. As LSPD rejected their demands they have rights to open fire and they were more prepared to the situation and a lot of them were on a better positions. They assesed the situation and as they could see they have a huge advantage. I don't think it counts as Fail RP or RDM. Prepare your structure how to act in these situations. Call for backup and control all positions.​
