Rejected i want another admins opinion on this because it doesnt make sense to me why i got banded for this

as you can see in the video i get shot at first i get VDMed and i get killed i just shoot back at and then im the one who gets banded for RDM i mean i got killed and didnt even kill anyone they where trying to kill my family members i dont get why i get banded for it please help is this a presonal thing or what i did nothing wrong, i know i had 2 warnings but thats why i got banded please help.
