Again, thank you to Mazhor for taking his time deliberating this appeal.

To start off with as I already explained the scenario in my last appeal, I genuinely did not know the situation of Dullah Zero. I had no idea he had intentions of charging back his donations, I myself have donated a lot of money to the server and to even think about charging back is something I would never do.
So I can honestly say I knew nothing of this.

and in regards to lieing to you and other people about my innocence, is something I have not done. I have only spoken to two people about my ban and that is Black Opium and Guy Gadot. Who have both advised me on this matter, Guy has then advised me as to what I should do and how what I have done is wrong or can be seen as wrong.

In regards of receiving items, this is where I understand my wrong doings. Dullah had the intention of charging back his donations something I did not know, he contacted me and said he wanted to give me the hoodies we earned through turfs. I personally didn't see a problem that so I said sure, I didn't really put any thought into it. He also gave me a car with the state value of 2.5m. That is everything to my knowledge, again to repeat I had no idea he was doing this with the intentions of charging back his donations.
He then puts 15m into the fam balance, which I took out. This itself is not a rule break, however given the circumstances I can definitely see how this is going against the server operations.

All of my money both cash and bank got wiped because of this, which is fair enough.

After speaking with Guy Gadot who made me aware of my wrong doings, I truly understand what I did wrong and would like to apologise. GrandRP is truly something I miss playing and is a server I truly enjoyed my time on, even enough to make donations with my hard earned money.

If I were given a chance to be unbanned, I would suggest deleting all items I received from Dullah. I will personally had these over to you myself. I want nothing to do with the items. I messed up and truly understand this.

To my knowledge this is everything I received, I completely understand what he did was fraud and is something I would never do as I know it harms the server. Again, I donated to the server through my own will and to support the server and its development.

I just want to make the point across of I never wanted to benefit from him refunding, I personally dislike the fact he refunded.

I am unsure why my name is dragged into this matter of which I am completely unrelated to. I am not part of the administration team, I am merely a regular player trying to enjoy the game, preferably drama free. Normal players like myself are not privy to logs, which paint a clear picture of the entire situation. My advice was merely from a civil human beings perspective, which was to:
1. apologize.
2. admit mistakes.
3. assurance of not repeating mistakes.
4. accept the penalty ultimately decided by the administration team.
I would rather not get involved in a matter I have little to no information about. Best of luck to all parties involved!
