Rejected Ban for GR 1.7 & 1.9 | Light Moon

I have received a wrong punishment for GR 1.7 & GR 1.9.

The rule says:

1.7 It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.) | Ban 60 days

1.9 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money) | Ban 60 days

Explanation
For GR 1.7
I have not Given Anyone One Money in Recent Past.

For GR 1.9
I know that we cannot sell the house below the market value.
I have been following all the rules since long time.

As far i recall my memory last day i entered in city was just for selling my House 754 with 9 Garrage to a guy named Cali Valenciaga at $1.600.000 whose market value is 1.5 Mills to 2.0 Mills.

So it is cleared i have not sold the house below the market value.

Second thing, i have neither taken/ received any kind of money on the day i sell my house to Cali Valenciaga, as he was just a buyer to me.

I request you to re-verify the logs.

Explain within 6 hours what was the purpose of the 2.5mil transfer made on 2025-05-28.

Explaination:

When my family was in House 754, a new family was started, i met this guy Cali (Kali), we Played in city i liked his company, few days later he asked for some money for something ICly, don't remember for what, and keeping GR 1.7 in my mind i gave him 2.5 Mills as gift. That is all.

Almost 15-20 days later when i came towards my House he found me there, he asked whether i want to sell the House 754 or not, and I sold it for 1.6 Mills at market rate keeping GR 1.9 in my mind.
