i am not sure that this guy using any type of cheat, but one bullet is not a normal shot, means max rev skill also take 2 shots, but they gave me only 1 shot and i am down, let him check.

this is a bug you dont finished the using medkit so you dont heal yourself if you dont believe me you can try
