Approved RDM in City + Auto Theft | 105136

I was in a street race and got to the finish line in 2nd place. I got out of my car to congratulate the other racers and this fellow just pulled up, got out of his car and shot me in the face, with NO demands or ANY RP or conversation at all. He just killed me then proceeded to steal my car.

Can this player be punished for RDM in the City, and can I be reimbursed the money to get my car back from Impound?

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

ID 105136 will receive a punishment for RDM in CITY

ID 130005 will receive a punishment for non rp driving

we will not reimburse for stolen car
