First I thought that its someone else who isnt a part of gang(couldnt see the blip on the map) but later it was confirmed that he was from the same gang and was shooting "just for fun". I took more than 85 damage because of his so called "fun" and after arguing with him,he started trash talking so i ignored. today i came in game and i see that i am kicked from org for correcting someone.
