Rejected Car stolen from hotel parking.

My car stolen from Hotel Parking, full POV was attached, I'm new in this server and I will try to explain it.
I was doing my electric job and at the same time my car was parked at hotel parking, I parked my car at there because I was thinking that it was a safe zone. Suddenly a notification popup that my car was stolen and I quickly moved to that location, but my car was gone

Please watch my POV carefully I think all proofs are in there but I don't know what's the Name & ID of that person I just typed "000000" at there, Please Help me it is an expensive car for me that I bought yesterday and spend on it almost 170,000$, I need Compensation for this car Please
