so i arrested someone by missclick when he was punching me
now lets say it wasnt a missclick either way i dont think its power gaming


here is a video of a police officer being punched and he still cuffs the suspect
conclusion
it is realistic to cuff someone while he is punching you

You still did Non-RP. You did not do the sufficient RP to cuff the player. You should have roleplayed sufficiently before cuffing.
