Hello, Dear Higher Ups
I am submitting an appeal for my recent ban for targeting. So I wrote to a guy to go to Bloods vc and ask there turf deputy who is a very good friend of admin Bawan Broddy to request them to not get pc checked and record what they say in vc because he told me that bloods turfers talk about banning me in vc claiming I play ban evaders and cheaters in my team without any proof. I agree I said this I also said if Bawan starts pc checking us and not you I will upload forum and he can get blacklisted. But that guy cleaned his dms where he deleted what he wrote what bloods turfers said to him you can check proofs. First of all, I want to ask a simple thing. How is this targeting? I mean if they are really not getting supported by an admin they won't say anything related to him. You can check Ballas curator chat whatever I ask for either a pc check or a simple ban evade check nothing is done for me rather everything is twisted on me by senior curator. I asked a full pov of a guy and I also claimed to just see the pov and make a decision but he didn't do anything and rather twisted things on me that I played 2 guys from other gang's turf team who didn't wait for 2 days. I agree that they played and it was a mistake for which we got what we deserved but about that cheater I reminded 2 times, still no pc checks no pov checks nothing. Is it fair? 3-5 people from our team got pc checked and no one from Bloods. Also if you see recent history of one of leader's forum you saw how Bawan tries to sideline mistakes made by Bloods and the worst part is that he literally removed a warn of Bloods when they aren't even active. Rn the most active gangs are Vagos and Bunta in terms of events. I remember Vagos posting 5 FZs in a single day 1 day before but warnings are getting removed for Bloods which doesn't make any sense. I saw and on 23rd Bloods got warned for not fulfilling weekly requirements but in 4-5 days they got warn removed. Earlier when I was a leader, I asked Markus what to do for getting a warn removed for activities and he told me that you have to perform activities at an extremely high level, like if the requirement is 20 then try to do 30 clands. 15+ stores, 8-9 FZs to get considered for a warn removal. I want higher ups to make an activity check and see what's really going on.
For my ban, I think it isn't fair cause if Bloods is not getting supported by Bawan then they won't say anything but Adam BoloBonz who played for Bloods told me they talk about banning me by catching cheaters and ban evaders. For which they failed badly because I played clean turfs for more than 2-3 weeks and till now even after losing majorly we were clean, so they found a new method to ban me. I cant understand how the dms were accepted because its clearly seen that the guy deleted his side and showed what I wrote. And also if I got banned for targeting and if it is fair, I am attaching some screenshots of my dms with Bloods turf deputy for which even he should get banned for targeting and no worries here my side of dms are not deleted. Also I want you to check Bawan's recent actions as senior curator carefully how he banned 2 people for targeting Bloods I don't think they are so special that everyone playing turfs wants to target them or something. He removed warn when they are not even that active, ignored my messages to check there turfers and also how he ignored Bloods' mistakes whereas he gave a verbal to us for the same thing (the verbal was removed by Bobby but still it should be considered to show that he supports Bloods).
Also, by checking these screenshots you could see how this guy doesn't fear anything because he knows that senior crime curator supports him and leader. Ex admins told me that Dm proofs aren't considered proofs for targeting but I got banned from dms and also I think that ban was unfair, i also request you guys to check curator chat of ballas how I was getting ignored and bawan's dms with Bloods leader and deputy Raiky and Zain. The decision rests in your hands. I believe that you will take a fair decision.
