Hi, I am trying to appeal a warning I got for violating rule 6.7. I am in no way saying I did not break this rule, I did, however the circumstances surrounding the situation were not malicious. As you can see in the second video link I was RDMed by a former family member of mine, earlier in the day that family member sold a family business without permission from our leader. We removed the family member from our family after finding out about the situation. That family member was married to me, and after removal from the family I divorced the family member. After divorcing the family member they went to my discord and sabotaged it, and then went to our family house and sat there, and then killed me multiple times. Both of the times I had video proof that the family member killed me which you can see in the proof section. My intention was never to get into a "fight" with this family member, I did not have a weapon on me at anytime. Never once did this family member tell me to put my hands up or roleplay in any situation at all. I was being killed for pure OOC payback. The only reason I returned to my family house is because I believed after the first time the family member killed me, they would have left. I had my bodycam on just in case. As you can see in the videos, I never said a word or tried to take action in anyway. I apologize sincerely for breaking this rule, however this warning means that I will be suspended from my role as Division Chief in EMS for one week. I promise it was never my intention to break this rule, and I think I am doing some really good work in EMS which can be supported by asking my bosses, Jackson Eclipse and Kazuto Kirigaya. If there is anyway I could get this warning removed and maybe have a different punishment such as a big fine or extended warning without being removed from my organization I would GREATLY appreciate it.
