I was put in demorgan and given a warning for RDM, despite the evidence the person showed, shows him pulling a gun therefore we are past demands, he came to steal our panels and pulled a gun. So i find my punishment absolutely ridiculous.

As clearly seen in POV you took your gun out first and shot without even giving demands or anything.
You should give him demands to leave the area .
That's why you have been punished for RDM.
And the player who reported been punished for non rp driving.

I'm sorry to say but that's bullshit, my fam member pulled the gun first i just saw him running and finished him, no shots were exchanged before the person who reported me pulled out a gun.

The fact you accept an RDM report after seeing the person that made the report pull out a gun before any shots were exchanged.

IRL scenario: If you are at your home and someone trespasses on your property and that person pull out a gun, would you shoot him Yes/No?

The kill log clearly shows you killed him, your fam member did not initiate RP and ID 119558 did not shoot
if demands were not given this means RP was not initiated.
I would also request higher administrator to punish ID 131242 as he started shooting,

The intruder pulled a gun, why do we need to give demands when he already threatened our lives by pulling out a gun?

My family member pulled out a gun because he was defending our property and our panels, the intruder went past demands when he pulled out his gun. If there was no gun involved we would've given demands.
