2.Why do you want to become the leader of this specific organization?
1. To help the new gen and remove corruption - In my career as a Law Enforcement Officer which is a really long career I have faced a lot of major issues which unfortunately many other officer face this issue no matter what the department. I myself have high commmand experience in main LEO departments, So far I have served multiple terms in LSPD. I have served more than 6 to 7 terms in SAHP, I have served as a Special Agent for awhile under the governor Vick Vinegar and I am currently now serving in FIB. So all of the time I was in each department, I grew, learned and experienced the way our Legal Organisations work, the way people work,the ways in which we can improvise, in which we can ensure safety of our citizens,in which we can maintain discipline and what not. NOW is the time to put all this Knowledge and Experience to be put in the works. But apart from that I hafd to learn the sad truth about our legal system is that there in fact corruption is in a LOT of amounts in our system and I wanna start with LSPD. I want to make sure EVERY officer which joins our department gets an equal chance that they deserve no matter what there is background is or where they come from.
2. Discipline and Proffesionalism - In my career I have faced countless misbehaving,law breaking officers who never had consequences for their actions, no matter how much I tried the higher ups just wanted to order everyone around. I WILL make discipline strict for all officers start from the training. I am not going to tolerate this no matter how much money or contacts the person may have.Does not matter if its a cadet or the LEADER himself. I am going to make sure everyone knows manners,everyone is respectful to citizens and civil servants, I am going to make sure nobody is leaving their duty to protect Los Santos incomplete. I am going to make sure LSPD Is always there when you need help. We will be there for the citizens,for our fellow LEOs,for our Goverment. I am going to make sure EVERY CITIZEN knows that WE the Los Santos Police Department is always there for you no matter what Gang or Family no matter at what time in city, we will be there, we will be disciplined,we will not back down,we will stay strong and hold our ground against the criminals no matter what.
3. Improving the presence and role of LSPD in the state - The Los Santos Police Department is an essential department for the city, considering the growing population and crime rate in the city it is necessary for the department to step up and get more strict. Till now I see the department in its current leadership is still not maintaining road laws properly. (Which also ends up people easily doing non rp driving) I am going to make patroling strict and our officers will be trained how to communicate and patrol properly in such a vast state. They will be trained to help out in day to day situations as well such as road accidents. Officers will be making doing more patrols in the Vinewood area where many of the biggest criminal families have their headquarters in. Speaking of criminals under my guidance the Los Santos Police Department will start its own anti - gang and family operations. I will also be making drastic improvements in the divisions such as S.W.A.T (Special Weapons and Tactics) which will be working the the Air Patrol,Ground Patrol and Intelligence division in a Well Co-Ordinated manner for QUICK,RAPID and STRONG response to any element posing any kind of threat to the citizens and the peace of our state. We will work with our fellow comrades in the SAHP,FIB and the USSS to eliminate these strenghts with our whole hearts dedicated. We will never back down from helping any other LEO or Civillian no matter what. Even though it is must to help each other but we will try our best to not disturb other orgs for activities in our jurisdiction and we are able to eliminate threats from ourselves but in case situation is too grim we are always ready to ask for a hand and give one,always. We are going to go shoulder to shoulder with all of the Legal Organisation of the State.
We are the Los Santos Police Department, We are the Guardians of the beautiful city of Los Santos. We will not back down,We will not look away, We will stay strong, We will hold our ground, We are going to make sure every Man,Woman and Child feels safe. We are going to strike fear in the hearts of the criminals and gangs.We are here to protect you and We will and thats a promise.
3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
I am going to keep it short and simple.
Every officer will be strictly trained and all officers will be taught how to act, how to talk like an actual irl police officers as much as possible.
The recruiting and training system is going to regrously hard in terms of RP rules and regulations to make sure no officer ever breaks a rule, each important rule must be learned and understoood by the officer, there will be multiple tests written and practical for a cadet to pass which will include both IC factors and especially OOC factors. Our Training Team will be the backbone of our department and will consist of experienced and very good roleplayers, Each cadet will be given individual attention and through the training and tests each and every patrol officer will be ready for all events and many type of situations so to make sure no rules is broken. All cadets will be promoted to normal patrol officers only if they depict good level of maturity,discilpine and understanding of the city and its rules STRICTLY.
