I have been banned for 7 days because I have ghost peeked in turfs, but in my point of view I haven't ghost peeked behind anything and it was only a head peek. We have recreated the same situation and if the person that I hit was right side peeking they would see my head above the wall.
The picture to prove the point: I think I have been punished unfairly because I was never hiding my body and I even full body peeked on the head peek to make sure I'm not behind the column on the left side of the wall. When I first hit my shot you can clearly see that there's enough room for me him to see me if he was peeking form left side or even if he looked at me direcly instead of another camera angle.

You can clearly see that it's not a ghost peek and all it was was a head peek.
Also previously, if a deputy ghost peeked inside of a turf, the gang would get a warning and the turf would be replayed, but in my case I still got banned even as a deputy of Marabunta.
