Rules for filling a complaint​

Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min))

-Should have requested a broad POV for the event
-He directly approved the post without specifying what happened prior to the incident.
-Didn't request to provide 1 minute POV
-Some of the people in the incident had already been punished for this situation.

In addition, the person who provides the point of view and the person who opens the forum are different. The person who opened the forum did not participate in the event
