Joining a private organization

I have been wondering for a bit about the process of joining someone else's organization. I see an attached discord tag and the user's thread account but I am still a bit unsure. Could anyone give me some tips?

Join the GrandRP official discord AKA E-Mail
From there you can find announcements about Gov Orgs.
Most require lvl 7 and a clean record, you will also need to provide RP background story so be ready for that.
