See idk wht was the situation earlier, i am assuming the situation using the provided bodycam, And u also knw that, you cant cuff without saying, you cant shoot someone if they are complying, and why is lspd recruiting guys who dont even knw the rules?

Idk why you are desperate to guilt LSPD in every single way but you proved that you don't know some of the things too. you said cuffing and dragging you have to say it when you are not required to say it if you know , only searching and idetifiying but its just for the sake of greater roleplay which what we do

Thats because your employees don't know how to roleplay properly,they are not aware of what violations they are making,searching people without any reason,breaking the rules in every single way,all they can do is set up those speed cameras,tow away vehicles,fine people in every possible way,every time when i talk to them most of them have an ego of their position.This shows your incapability as a leader

I don't wanna brag about my position or whatsoever,but your employees are the face of your organisation.If they do something good you say LSPD has done some great work,I never saw you giving credits to a single employee when its something great you have done.But if your employee is doing bad things around,its your responsibility to apologise as a whole org not as a single person and just say that the player has been punished "harshly" Your employee was found on the scene,its your responsibility to look and check pov of every shifts they have done.from the things I've seen is your employees are searching without reason just for asking about why they are standing in the middle of the road,they were dancing when there was someone who had his life at risk,kill the people who save citizens.this shows that how much you know the meaning of roleplay and how much the people who train and take people's interview know about roleplay.Didn't expected this kind of "fearful" and "rage" decision from the leader.anyways you will get for what you did,So I'll just leave this here and let the curator of your org decide what you should get.
