I feel as though Xavier Escuela, has inproperly reviewed my ticket.
With proper review, you would realize that:
- 1) He stated outloud in the clip that he is meta-gaming on discord with other taxi-drivers
- 2) He actively drove into me because he was upset that I didn't enter his taxi, he drove on opposite side of road, this wasnt an "accident" as Xavier likes to believe it is, if you simply watched the clip with sound you can clearly see this
- 3) I was on HQ territory while he VDM'd me, which breaks ghetto rules even further

That's good that the admins are reviewing tickets not on fillings - they do it on facts and rules
1 He have clearly told you about taxi RADIO and there is NO metagaming as TAXI, FOOD trucks, Truck drivers etc... have IN GAME radios
2 No one have VDM you anywhere as VDM means Vehicle DEATH match
and 3 - u have called taxi in ur HQ - so looks like u have PROVOKED him for rule break for entering in HQ - and for provoking we have punishment
