Rejected Scamming in Auto Fair

So I was just passing by when I hear this guy with an animation on top of his car screaming to catch people attencion. Then I went there and saw he parked the exact same car next to his friend car an Audi A8. He was telling me he sells the car for 800k but the car his friend put on auto fair was a stock Audi A8 and the price is 750k. He told me he got scammed 2 times with this method and probably hes using this to earn money now. Iv'e fallen for this scam once and I reported this and admins did nothing when a bunch of people got scamed to this method. Please analise the case carefully.

Then u buy car from auto fair - u buy car which is placed for sale on it
If u buy from player then u see purpose of purchase u see model and CAR PLATES number of car, so take your attention on it
