Me and my brother account got banned due to a misunderstanding kindly look into this it's says general rule 1.8 we have invested so much time into the server please I think it's a misunderstanding we intentionally didn't broke the rules or cheated in any way.

We understand that we need to maintain the the rules of the server but please accept our apology for the mistake. And kindly help us out in any way possible. Thank you
