A few days ago I made a forum report about this guy killed me inside my car without and demands and stole my car. Today this happened again, I was sitting in my car near hospital and he showed up and started shooting for no reason https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/16255/ this is my previous thread which got rejected because I didn't had POV of him walking up to me. But this time I got it hope you can help me out with this....

Honestly speaking I just saw this guy pulling up and took out his gun... So I recorded it I don't have anything else. I thought this was the second time you might be able to help... Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you pls give him a verbal warning if possible so he won't do that again. Thanks for the time anyways.
