we had 2 cars and 4 guys and at multiple instances we told this guy to pull over but he didn't stop.
afterwards we called admin to situation and this guy blatantly kept on deceiving admin, he kept on telling lies to admin as well.
I will give my POV to admin definite as he know the situation . and cannot share POV because it contains admin panel.
