Pointed my Carbine at him, he didnt fear my gun, even started his motor and then ran me over.

I have decided to accept the report for the following reasons​
  • ID 11215 showed no fear for his life when he had a weapon pointed directly at him. He then decided to run the reporting party over when he had multiple different routes he could have taken.​
