Clearly multiple times we ask him to pull-over in earshot range with easily 4 vehicles and ~10 people chasing him

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
▪ ID 741 will receive a punishment for General Rule 6.16.
▪ ID 1236 Will recieve a punishment for CR.
▪ ID 46 Will recieve a punishment for Mixing.
▪ ID 1400 Will recieve a punishment for Mixing.
▪Gang Radio must be used strictly for IC communication. Mention of "leaving the game" etc is not allowed.(Use OOC radio)
▪ Even while pursuing a player it is not allowed to CR. (Contact is justified but not to that extent).
