This complain not about any admin
I will sincerely requst you to open my bio for consideration my unofficeal org bio i will accept i have a lot of punishment in past but now but i will tell you i will try to not brake any rules in future just give me a 1 and last chance for my unofficeal org i hope i will never disappoint in future sorry for bad english .

No one ever told that all BIOS MUST be accepted, so admin after review of your BIO and Situation with ur fam which had before bio and was completely inactive as unoff org - have rejected it according to all factors on which he based his decision.
