As seen in POV I down the ID 52880 and I try provide him medical assistance. At that point ID 209332 comes and mercy kills ID 52880, after I down 209332 A THIRD person comes over and kills ID 209332 before I was able to provide medical assistance.

After watching my video multiple times and after watching another video from my coworker I can safely assume that the person who mercy killed ID 209332 is ID 231309.
