Reviewed i got scammed for a house | 60539, 28844 and 23847

so i placed an ad saying buying a house for 700k and this guy told me to come he will sell me a house when i came he sazid he want the 700k without any taxes so i payed him and he didnt gave the house and i got scammed

Change in rule 1.3 was made only today, at time of this situation it was like:
Before:
1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate money. (If you are evading scripted selling/buying house,car, etc., you do it on your own risk, if person did not pay you money for that, person will not be banned, it means you lost your money)

And from today it says
After:
1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.
