Life When Young!
Andy Lxrd, born and raised in Sydney Australia he always wanted to work for the government and wanted to help protect the city and keep crime of the streets of Sydney. His Father was in the army and didn't see him much and they moved around for his work quite often. His mother worked as a head chef. Andy always watched crime shows and watching them hunt down and stop criminals. He always looked up to them and was inspired to be just like them and stop crime. As soon as it was Andy's 18th birthday he sent in an application to be apart of the Government USSS in Los Angeles He waited days and days for a reply in the mail. One day Andy came home from hanging out with his friends, what he found on the floor was a letter for "Andy Lxrd" it said confidential on it. He had an idea of what it was. He had passed the application to become part of the Government .
After He Passed!
He was already in Los Angeles with his parents since his Dad needed to be there for work so it was a great time for him to stay there. He got his own place there, it was only a small flat in a apartment complex. He loved his first few months in the force. Going to stop crime putting people in prison. He loved it when he was able to help others out whenever it was however it was. He was given a special pair of glasses that record everything at any time.
Months After Joining The Force!
He was getting use to the routine of being in the Government. He learnt more about how it works and got to know his colleagues better and started to get more comfortable around them. He was part of a big event at the DOC, the Ballas were trying to break into the prison and free all the prisoners. Little did he know his brother was one of the Ballas. He didn't speak much with his brother after Andy joined the Government. As kids they were best friends, you couldn't separate them no matter what. They were all wearing Balaclavas and were wearing bright purple and there was lots of them. They open fired on the Government and they wasn't expecting it. The Government was shocked they open fired so early on and were prepped to fight back. Guns blazing everywhere you couldnt hear what was going on. After about 1 and a half hours the shooting stopped the Government won. He was walking back to his car and was unmasking people as he went on. He saw his brother lying there dead on the floor. He went home that night, he couldnt stop thinking about it whether he killed him or not. He couldnt sleep that night. It was a terrible feeling not knowing if you killed your brother. He thought long and hard that night. In the morning he had decided what he was going to do with he career. He was going to become a corrupt agent.
Outcomes!

2. Andy can receive bribes from gang members.
3.He sometimes leaks information about the Government to other people, gangs, family members
