View the video first, The agents arrived on the scene but the agents I pulled over did not communicate with anyone there atleast ICly, so how come the other agents got the location?

Their POV should be checked to know how they sent the location to other FIB agents.Probably by discord or chat radio which I cant see or hear. I would have heard them if they used the verbal radio.

l am literally accepting the cuffing accusations. Well otherwise a guy is hitting people with a hammer, I cant use lethal force so ofcourse I will use my stun gun so after using the taser he will recover almost immediately then start hammering again, my only resort is to cuff him.
