I feel like the admin hasn't taken the right decision, as an admin you should punish everyone who does break rules not just the person who is getting reported, here in this situation my car got crashed into and then i was rply angry and started shooting the person, and then he decides to come back to the situation unarmed and just sit in his car mix(IC and OOC by involving reports in an RP shootout) and fear RP by running back into a situation with an armed person obviously not fearing for his life, this is UB behavior and the admin didn't punish the person for breaking the RP and ruining it for everyone involved, only admins could stop RP so he clearly mixed since no admin was present and fear RP but he didn't get punished.

If you wanna complain on players, make own complain on them with your PROVES , here are REVIEWD complains on your punishments/admin decision and related only to YOUR personal punishment
