To start off, I have been unable to respond to the original thread and multiple days to post this. I waited 5 days for my account on forums to be "verified by administrators". Because of this I have exceeded the time limit to file a complaint and I would hope I would still be considered.
Prior to this incident I was level 28 and high command FTO of LSPD.
I was banned for cheats at subs as LSPD. While I understand I am required to have POV of the event I failed to confirm its running as it ran out HDD space prior to the event. I understand this is an issue though it is not a bannable offence. The situation see in the POV submitted against me we can see there is obviously a dsync issue as I am teleporting all over the place. Through my time in LSPD on multiple occasions I have come across situations where a suspect is not able to be tazed or shot as it has no affect. Another thing I noticed is that you can see once I am unconscious I proceed to standup and keep walking (seen in submitted POV), this is an obvious sign of dsync. The "alleged" cheats were also not picked up in any anticheat software that is part of the GrandRP server. I am willing to submit to a PC check if that is what it takes.
I would like to repeal this decision as I think it is a wrong interpretation of the situation seen in POV. The alleged "cheating" changed no part of the RP or the event and provided me with no advantage as I never fired a bullet and ignored the other players were there because I didn't see them. For this reason I believe a ban of 60 days is unreasonable as there is no evidence provided that would suggest it was anything more than a connection or dsync issue.
I hope my time is the city has not come to a close and I can continue my journey. Thank you for your time
