This is a clear case of desync the only time he hit someone was for 70 damage, also this is the 3rd report this guy has made about the same situation and he has still not been able to produce a 1min long video as stated in the rules. None the less here is my POV, showing the desync, and the fact that he didn’t hit a bullet until his last one was shot.
