2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I have been within the city for many months, I have worked and helped some of the best leaders in this city to see triumph, and have learned and taught a lot from this people. I have excellent planning and organizational skills, I try to set up a long term vision, while maintaining and following short term goals, which help to in the long term achieve the tasks I have put infront of myself and my members and allies. It would be an honor for me to get a chance at bringing this success and my knowledge and skills to Ballas, and to build one of the best organizations this city has ever seen.
2.2 I want to set an example of how a rule abiding organization can look like within this city. Throughout the last few months I saw how unorganized and structureless most of the gangs in the city are, and this stems from the leadership quality of past leaders. I believe that your foundation stems from following rules, the rest you build on top of that, without worrying that your members sabotage your organization, since the foundation will be solid and hard to break.
2.3 Lastly, I find it extremely important to have the appropriate high command and team to reach success. I will make sure each member in my gang feels the importance of their input and role within the org. If you undermine lower ranking members, they will be hesitant to try and put their input within the gang and prove their worth. I will make sure to give everyone a voice in my gang, while also emphasizing the fact that higher ranking members are to be trusted and respected, and role models to follow and eventually for lower ranks to be even better than them.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I want to teach that RP is supposed to be a healthy exchange which creates enjoyment between all parties. People think with RP-ing, if it doesn't go your way, you need to break it, but that's definitely not the case. Even if we will be at a disadvantage within an RP scenario, the fact that proper and healthy RP took place is something to be proud of and celebrated. I will not tolerate my gang members breaking RP just because it puts them at a disadvantage, and I will embrace and celebrate members who follow proper RP ing scenarios, whether it be gun store robberies, hostage situations, or just random encounters and situations within the city, Thank you for your time in advance, and for considering my application.
