2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?
I dont want to write long texts and bother u guys just wanna say that ballas was my first gang i joined here first when i was lvl 6 in the game. Thats why ballas is special to me. Although the last leaders didnt do well. i was in gang and i remember mistakes they made i will not do the same mistakes.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

For me the biggest problem in gangs rn is lack of merit. some players being higher ups for doing nothing while some try their best in gangs and stay at low levels due some reasons. One of this reasons is language, because non-english speakers cannot comunicate well with higher ups. I will build a gang activity depended rank system in the gang and be sure that everybody get their ranks with justice.
