I will edit this after uploading the footage of the incidents, but suffice it to say there were 2 people RDMing at a ammunation (not RP obviously), they both punched and shot a friend and i without legitimate reason, before i was downed i reported them... i got a reply from Larry McGavin saying make a report on the forum... for an active situation, then 2 federal agents show up and revive my friend then get downed by the same 2 people. im actively trying to get an admin here while this is occurring, they keep saying make a forum report. Now if the only way to report someone was to do forum reports... then there should be no admins in the game, they should have no powers in game... there have been many incidents where people try to report me and admins actively respond to the incident and try to deal with it in the moment. (the incidents were proven that i did not do anything wrong) if you allow admins to respond... then they should respond to all incidents, if not... then respond to none. after a few messages i was forbidden from reporting for 60 minutes, just after that i pick up a friend at the casino and a moron decides to shoot into the green zone from outside... i could not report.

TL;DR, Larry McGavin refused to deal with an active situation and then stopped me from reporting... immediately being followed by me being shot at by someone outside of green zone and not being able to report them... an incident that is acted on immediately many times.
