Andre wasn’t always a businessman. His first job was selling seeds and salmon from door to door in Los Santos, but that business ultimately failed and he filed for bankruptcy at the age of 9. After a couple months Andre's family friend helped Andre secure a job as a trainee at the Central Hospital, and after many years of hard work with the E.M.S Andre was unfortunately laid off due to the organization’s disbandment.
The experience he gained in the E.M.S didn’t go to waste as he founded the Eclipse family, an entity that is owned by its shareholders, who elect a board of directors to oversee the organization’s activities.
Family Rules:
1) Compliance with the rules of the server.
2) No provocative and/or conflict situations between the members of the family.
3) Insulting family members (OOC) is strictly prohibited.
Family Ranks:
Associate: Entry-level member
Trainee: Members undergoing training for a particular job or profession.
Advisor: Staff without managerial titles.
Manager: Denotes a head of a team or section underneath a larger division/department.
Vice President: Reports to the president.
Chairmen: Often a semi-retired president or company founder. Denotes a position with considerable power within the company exercised through behind-the-scenes influence via the active president.
President: Often CEO of the corporation the "president" is the top position that is equally respected and authoritative.
Family Goals:
Short term: To recruit new people to the family.
Long term: To be the be the best family in the city.
