So this person came to us and we noticed that he has a surgical mask which is illegal. At the time this happened, he was not in EMS as per him and the PDA. After telling him that he will be detained for that, he asked one of us for ID and left the game. We were waiting at HQ for him to come back for more than 20 minutes, he didn't come back. Please look into this, thanks.
