I was on my way to Post Office and i saw an unconscious person. I slowed down and after that they killed me without any reason. And after that they send me to hospital.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to accept this report.

• ID 1720 will be punished with Mercy Killing
• It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing)
  
  
• ID 2533 will be punished with DM in the City
• When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them
