Wait a second why am I being requested? i did not patrol the ghetto, you can clearly see i have corrupt bio, and this dude is being arrested. there is no rule break. this doesn't even fall under state rule 5.5 because i am not breaking any rule. There is no rule break whatsoever. He should be taking this icly with gov instead of complaining on forums.

Where do you see me "patrolling" ghetto? transporting someone who is under arrest is not patrolling the ghetto. if you look at this rule it is pretty clear that you are not allowed to go into ghetto trying to arrest people in the ghetto without multiple units.

in my pov i'm not searching for suspects to arrest in the ghetto. i already have someone in custody and Im bringing them to the pov. how many leos drive through or fly through the red zone just to get to beach market on a daily basis. We gonna punish them for state rule 5.5 too?
