2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

-- I was in the city when the server started and I have worked for many org like EMS, LSPD, etc I am present in the LI department working as a DD(Department Director) of the ads team and I have been in the LI for more than 2 months. I have gained enough knowledge of how the LI works and what LI does. I am from the ads team but I
also learned how other teams work. I encountered many mistakes happening with the employees and the ranks and I want to sort these things out.
-- I am very fluent in English and have great communication skills. I have great leadership qualities and can keep the work environment calm and enjoyable and ensure everyone plays their role efficiently.
--From my 2 months in LI I have come across many things that are not fair decisions by HCs that need to be improved and to guide them in the right direction.

3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-- Give updates to the citizen from time to time.
-- Makes sure no ads will be on PDA for a long time.
-- I will make sure each employee knows about how other departments work so that if the employee wants to jump to other departments he/she will have some clarity about the other teams which helps the LI work more efficiently.
--ensures every employee will receive a daily bonus for their hard work, and every week they will be awarded according to their ads edited by the employees.
-- I want to make sure the deserved employees and hard-working employees are as High commands.
-- I want to add roles like FTO which will ensure the newly joined employees get some training rather than directly jumping into the work and making mistakes.
-- there are too many things and loopholes in the LI system which need to be addressed and make clear to every individual in LI.
--I have come across some favoritism in LI which is making the hard-working employees not get a fair chance. This is the thing I like to improve.
-- About the Journalism and Creative team I want to make sure they cover everything that happens in the city and make them reach out to the citizens and there are many more that LI needs a change.
-- conduct more different kinds of events which will help the city look lively.
