Rejected violated 1.4 but Main account got ban time 9999 days

Hi, sorry for violating rule 1.4, i was not aware of this and i am sorry about this and this will never happen again.
however, after i got the ban, i have read the rule of everything from beginning to end to make sure that i will try my best to make sure that i will not violate any other rules in the future.
However, after reading rule 1.4, the main account can get ban up to 60 days. In my case, my main account got banned for 9999days.
Please help me look into this. The Main account name is Mikey Sananas.

Again, i am really sorry for violating the rule and i promise it will never happen again. Please help me look into this.
