I have been told previously by admins that this is not considered VDM, this is considered FAILRP. Since in real life, people don't stand ontop of vehicles when they are on/moving. I asked you politely to get off my car, I did not run you over once, you caused this by your failure to properly RP.

I would like Shay Pluxury to take this report as he was invovled in the situation here

These "BROKEN" kids will not stop harassing our family.
