Dev grew up in a very wealthy family. With his father being a businessman and his mother being a tech geek. He had always been in a lavish condition. Though even with so much wealth, Dev's parents were always strict with him.
Dev always loved watching police documentaries and had always wanted to be in police his whole life which led him to join SAHP at the age of 24.
As a side hustle, Dev started a vlogging channel where he went to various places and always kept a bodycam attached to his chest which record 24x7. Later his mom made him a bodycam in the shape of a small snowman which Dev keeps on his shoulder all the time and it record 24x7 and the video is uploaded to his own cloud server. Whether he is on duty or off duty, he keeps with him. It just looks like a normal accessory and no one is able to identify that the snowman has a hidden camera and a mic. It is built with such a material that EMP waves cannot shut down the bodycam.
Dev's parents had also put him in an offroading academy and driving for more than 4 years. In the academy, he learnt how to offroad with many different vehicles. He also was interested in F1 racing, took courses for 2 years but later left it but he gained skills that he can drive very fast without hurting his passengers or himself.
Dev has loved using different types of electronics his mom gave him and always kept messing around with them. He was a very fast typer with a 120 WPM record. Dev's mom taught him how to restart his electronic device after an EMP blast. She also told him he can try only 2 times or the electronic device will break.
When Dev was 17 years old, he had lost vision due to a very rare disease, which led him to go blind for 8 months. During this time, whenever he talked with someone, he immediately recognised them by their voice. But once he got his vision back, he had learned a new skill to remember people by their voice and could also recognise them even if their face was completely covered or if they were wearing similar clothing.
Dev had also been in a shooting academy where he learnt how to shoot with various guns. He also join the self-defence classes and completed the 3-year course.
After being a fan of police documentaries, Dev decided to use these skills and join the SAHP.
Outcomes
1) Dev is able to drive cars such as SUV's and 4 door cars on any type of terrain as he took offroading classes. (Except 2 door sports car)
2) Due to losing his vision for 8 months, Dev learned the skills of how to recognize people with just their voices.
3) Due to Dev's trait, he is able to recognize people if they are wearing similar clothing and mask.
4) Due to having a hidden bodycam, even if his main SAHP bodycam is destroyed, his snowman figure-bodycam is still recording and can be used as evidence against anyone.
5) Due to Dev being a fast typer, he is able to call backup in a flinch of a second. There is an external button on his PDA which he just needs to touch and the backup is called.
6) Due to Dev being in shooting and self-defence class and his traits, he is able to 1v2 in a gunfight, anyone at any time.
7) Due to Dev's mom teaching him how to restart his electronic devices after an EMP blast, he can try 2 times to restart or else the electronic device will break
8) Due to Dev being in racing classes for 2 years, he is able to drive cars at high speeds without hurting his passengers. He does not abuse this skill as he loves SAHP and is an honest officer.
