I am ID 96602 I would like to say I never once hit this dude with my car in the clip? Dude states I vdm him. Dude was in and out of hq multiple times taunting us has guns on him and would run away. When i got out my car and shot I didn’t realize that was hq at first and when he mentioned it I got in my car and left I wouldn’t shoot into hq intentionally.
